Donor Recognition Societies

Tocqueville Society
The Tocqueville Society is recognized by United Ways across the United States as those donors who demonstrate a commitment to making our communities stronger for generations to come. The society is named for the French aristocrat, Alexis Charles Henri Clerel de Tocqueville, who recognized, applauded, and immortalized the spirit of volunteerism and philanthropy that lives in America’s heart. Tocqueville members continue this legacy by investing in our community’s future and inspiring others to do the same.
Investments of $10,000 or more annually qualify for membership in the Tocqueville Society. As a Tocqueville member, you will have opportunities to gain a deeper understanding of issues and explore ways you can have a positive impact on our community.

General Daniel Morgan Leadership Giving Society

When an individual is the sole proprietor of a company, their corporate gift can be recognized as an individual gift. A household can combine their investments to reach the leadership level.
